Thank you for visiting the Realtor Corner. Here at The Lindsay Group we take pride in our consistent effort
to perform quality and professional home inspections for our Realtor’s clients. Our Realtor's who use our
services on a regular basis (see current list) have come to expect many positive attributes of our home
inspection service :
* Detailed on-site Computer generated Inspection Report with Cost To Cure summary page.
The Cost To Cure summary page with approximate repair costs of the defects found makes the
Addendum writing an easy process.
* We are also able to generate an official Addendum for the Purchaser to sign at the end of the inspection
(if the Realtor so requests). This is simply done by using the computer to drag and drop the Cost To
Cure summary page onto an official Addendum document. Many of our Realtor's are using this
fantastic time saving feature.
* Some inspection companies are very gray in their reports thereby leaving the Realtor having to guess at
what items are considered defects. Here at The Lindsay Group we make a clear distinction between:
What is a defect.
What is normal wear and tear.
What is considered an improvement.
The Cost To Cure summary page consists only of the defects found.
* We take extra care with first time home buyers knowing that this whole experience of purchasing a home
can be very over whelming.
* We are not alarmists. When we find defects we simply explain to the Purchaser why and how the defect
might have occurred and the process involved to repair the defect. No house is perfect and any
defect found can be fixed.
* We are prompt in replying to all phone calls and we normally are able to schedule home inspections
within a 3-4 day lead time. We do inspections three times a day at 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3:30 PM.
The 3:30 PM time slot is normally a good inspection time for those Purchasers who are not able to get
off work (can come after work at the end of the inspection).
